The Worcester Polytechnic Institute Transfer Equivalency System (TES) is for informational purposes only; it is meant to serve as a guide for current and prospective undergraduate students as to how courses from other institutions may transfer to WPI. This guide does not guarantee that transfer credit will be awarded. In general, academically-based, college-level courses completed at a regionally accredited college or university in which a grade of C or better is received are considered for possible transfer credit at WPI (see specific course for grade minimum required). Courses are constantly being evaluated for transfer credit; therefore, institutions and courses are being added to TES regularly. If a course is not shown below, it has most likely not been evaluated since the implementation of TES; the course may still be eligible for credit. Please see the below Transfer Credit Policies and Procedures link for specific information on how to request the evaluation of courses that are not currently listed in the TES system for possible transfer credit.

Undergraduate Transfer Credit Authorization Form (use for after matriculating at WPI). Please note: Current students are still required to fill out the Undergraduate Transfer Credit Authorization form (and obtain departmental approval) before taking the course even if the course is listed in TES.
