Students must submit a Request to Transfer Credit Form before registering for a course at another institution. The form can be found on our Transfer Policy website, linked below. While courses may be equivalent, credit is accepted at a 1:1 ration. That is, a 3 credit course will only be accepted as 3 credits, even if the Wittenberg equivalent is 4 credits.
If a course is not listed, please contact registrar@wittenberg.edu to request an evaluation. An official transcript received directly from the transfer institution must be received by Wittenberg in order to post credit. Courses with a grade of C- or below will not be transferred. Transfer work is not calculated in the Wittenberg GPA. Please see the transfer policy link below for more information.
