Admission Requirements
Major Admission GPA: 2.5
Major Admission: 30+ transferable credits major admission. There is a holistic review of overall higher education and work experience.
Major Admission Courses (Completed or In Progress): Introduction to Computing and Programming Concepts.
Completing the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum (MnTC), as well as an Associate of Arts degree, is not required but is recommended
Secondary Admission Factors
A pattern of steady improvement in academic performance
Non-academic experience in a related field
Work experience, paid or unpaid
Extenuating circumstances
In addition to meeting specific college admission requirements, transfer students must be eligible to return to their previous colleges or universities.
The University also reserves the right to deny admission to an otherwise admissible applicant if the University determines that the applicant's enrollment would not be in the applicant's or the University's best interest.
